We would strongly disagree that backend is “extremely” slow even with caching turned on. It has been proven by many users that caching work perfectly fine. You might experience slow load first few times, just because AAM caches things first but overall if everything is configured correctly, it is fast.
Regarding the fact that is not free, we would disagree again. Most of the useful features that average WordPress user needs are included in “only free plugin”. All our customer are respectful and serious people and have no problems with buying extensions because they know it 10 times worth it.
We are not those who chasing only profit. That is why we give for free any of our premium work to non-profit organizations and simply anybody who has a good cause and no ability to purchase our work.
We would disagree for the third time with you regarding your rating. It is clearly based on the fact that AAM does not give you a feature that you are not willing to pay for.

I agree, there could be many many happy users with your plugin, anyway I wrote my experience with this plugin on my site. True is, that I tested about 10 acess restriction plugins and AAM was the slowest on my site (backend part). Maybe there is some bug related to my hosting, wp version or other settings – I do not know. I do not have any interest to lie, therefore if you want, I can install your plugin on my site again, and give you a temporary administrator account and you can test if it is slow or not by yourself. If you want to do this, please contact me on [moderated] and I can send you login/password.
Premium/Free- There are more plugins for groups and access restrictions divided into free and premium part, but this is clearly described on their plugin pages. On your plugin page there is no information about that- so add this information to let us know what we get for free and what is premium, that is all.
