 * When I log into my site, all formatting is lost. It is merely text in one column
   down the left side of the screen. The actual domain looks fine, but I cannot
   modify anything (posts, pages, comments, widgets, etc) on the backend of my site.
   I have tried reinstalling WordPress on my server, and that did not fix the problem.
   Suggestions?

 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.
 * – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

 * I just tried that. It did not work. Still have the same problems as before. All
   of my content is backed up and exported. How can I completely wipe WordPress
   from my server and start over with a new copy?

 * Remove all WordPress files & folders.
    Drop all the tables in your current database.
   Re-upload a fresh copy of WordPress. Re-run the install.
