Backend of the Site is not working

Hi,

We have a wordpress site (http://www.lions321a2.org/), that was hacked two time before, After that I installed this plugin (Better WP Security) on my backend. Before Installing this plugin, I am using the Password Protected Directories of my website from the control panel, I protected the my wp_admin directory with password.

But once when I installed this plugin, I found I am enable to login into my backend. My Site http://www.lions321a2.org/wp-admin/ link is not working. I am getting the following message.

“The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies. “

Even I deleted my cookies so many times, but still not working. Even when I checked the Password Protected Directories features on my control panel that is also not working & I am getting the following message.

“Warning!:
Due to Frontpage Extensions currently being installed and enabled, password protected directories will not work. If you wish to use this feature instead of Frontpage, please disable the Frontpage extensions.

You can use Frontpage directly to create password protected directories just like you normally can here. Alternatively, you can disable frontpage extensions and still use Frontpage to publish the site design via Webdav or http://FTP.”

When I tried to uninstall this extension, that is also not working, will you please help me to solve this issue, how can I access the backend of the site with this plugin without any issue.
