# Backend Login Issue

 * I cant access the backend of my website. Ive followed advice from posts I have
   seen here…ie PHPmyadmin > user table > select D5 from drop down and type new 
   password in.
 * Im still unable to access my website backend…not sure what the problem is 🙁
 * any help appreciated.

   you have using desk top sharing program as it very hard to know until i can see
   what you have in database.

 * I have reset your password and sent a email and tested to log in and I can log
   in fine and I tried to increase php memory but it did not work so you will need
   to contact your host as you getting error in admin panel
