Recently populated Bookings to test it’s functions with our theme, evolve Plus ver 1.7.8. After pasting the Bookings app’s shortcodes to display resources on a page, image caption id code such as the following appears along side of images and copy:

    [caption id="attachment_247" align="alignright" width="150"]
    [caption id="attachment_227" align="alignright" width="150"]
    [caption id="attachment_249" align="alignright" width="150"]

Any clues as to what is causing this phenomenon?

I wonder if it’s a theme issue. What happens if you use a standard WP theme?

Switching to Twenty Fourteen in live preview mode shows the shortcodes content but the errant image caption code still appears.

Twenty Fifteen does not display the Main Menu navigation links, just the standard sidebar so access to the reservations page and the shortcodes or linked content they call do not display at all.

Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Twelve only show shortcodes, no content.

Another installed theme “Mountain Creek” displays the DB calls but the same image caption code displays when that page is loaded.

Any luck yet determining what may be causing this issue? Do you need any additional info to help track down the cause? Client is arriving this morning to look over progress in incorporating this app into site redesign.

No sorry not yet. What plugins are active? Might be worthwhile turning some off and see what happens.

Hmm, no further communication regarding this issue. Client asked us to find another solution, so we did. Thanks anyway.
