 * Hi,
 * I have an old site from a friend with lots of news datas ( photos and texts),
   we need to do a new site using wordpress. She is using phpmyadmin to manage her
   news datas previously. Is there a way where I can import all those datas to the
   new wordpress blog?
 * And how do I keep those datas with its original post dates? Is there a way where
   I can backdate the posts dates? ( I wouldn’t mind copy and paste those texts
   as new posts but I want to keep the original post dates.)
 * I am very new to these, really hope that someone can help me! Thanks a lot!
 * Regards
    Laine
