# Back up Failed

 * Hi, I have tried three times in a row to make a backup using Backup Guard and
   it has failed each time. Do you know what might be the problem?

 * Thanks for the files.
 * Could you reduce the Number of Rows to Backup value to 1000 from 10000 and save
   the changes? This is done from our plugin settings.
 * On the other hand, the Max Execution Time value should be increased as well. 
   This is done from your hosting.
 * Please, do both and then run another backup.
    Let us know if this fixes the issue.

 * Hi, I only changed the number of rows because I don’t have access to the hosting
   right now, but that fixed it! I was able to run a successful backup.
