In the image description I included

    <a href="#top">To the top</a>

at the bottom to take you to the top of image description back to

    <a name="top"></a>

    See
    http://www.ginapiccalo.com/projects/the-atlanta-journal-constitution/#jp-carousel-864

Is it possible to get add so that you can go back to the top of the page where the image is located?

I included this in the image Description

    <a href="#top">Top of article</a> | <a href="http://www.ginapiccalo.com/projects/the-atlanta-journal-constitution/">View other articles</a>
    #header

does not work, so I hope there is another way to go back to the top of the page where the slideshow image can be seen?

#header has to be used as the anchor:

    <a href="#header">Top of article</a>

However, as I mentioned in my email, the Carousel view already uses anchors to show each image, so you will experience issue when switching to another anchor on the page.

    Visit http://www.ginapiccalo.com/projects/the-atlanta-journal-constitution/#header

and you will see I added

    <a href="#header">Top of page</a>

but as you said it does not work Carousel view already uses anchors. Maybe this is just not possible?

I'm afraid so. As I mentioned, the Carousel already uses anchors, so if you click on an anchor link you replace the Carousel anchor with a link to another element on the page.
