"Back my Book" not working in WP 3.4

    This Theme is not working and the author is not answering mails. In this thread Broken Theme, the user received the same error as I am:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Image_Header in /wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 16 and reverted back to other themes.

    However I like this theme very much and would like to know how to fix the problem. Any help?

    Download my patch here: http://cnx.com/Fix-BMB.zipx
    Copy the patched custom-header.php to /wp-admin/
    Copy the patched theme.php to /wp-includes/

    This kludge will let us users of the theme get to our dashboard until they release a fixed version of the theme.

    Hi Pab

    Thanks for making this patch. I’m having this problem too.

    I can find the custom-header.php patch, but I can’t see the theme.php file in your directory. The nearest thing to it is theme_colors.php in the admin folder.

    Can you tell me where it is?
