    Is the ticket open or closed?

    oh…. you are right man. i only encounter it in CLOSED tickets. i am really sorry about that, the rest works. All the best and i am waiting for your reply to that other ticket. presentation in 3 hours :). once again thank you for this nice plugin

    No worries. It is still something we would like to improve, but for now it’s impossible to edit replies in a closed ticket. Working with TinyMCE is quite difficult in some situation. Maybe we’ll find a clean way in the future but for now replies in closed tickets will remain non-editable. Sorry for the inconvenience.
