# Back end not functioning correctly

 * Hello,
 * I have now installed and reinstalled WordPress about five times on my site because
   the interface is not responding correctly. I originally installed it with the
   Softaculous auto-installer, but have reinstalled it manually several times since–
   even rolling back and trying a 3.2 install to see if it was a version problem.
 * I know that the error lies in the WordPress install itself and is not a browser/
   host compatibility issue or anything else as I have WordPress installed on another
   site that uses the same host and it is working fine.
 * When I try to use the interface, the rollover menus do not appear, I cannot post
   or upload any content, when I try to save settings it just refreshes the page
   and none of them are saved, and the drag and drop widgets page doesn’t work.
 * If anybody can be of assistance with this that would be amazing.

 * Did the site work and then stop working at one point in the back end, such as
   after upgrading or is it a brand new site?
