Support » Plugin: Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce » Back end date & time field

It seems that this plugin causes conflicts with standard WooCommerce functionality: in the admin back end the sale price period can’t be mentioned as it should be because your plugin blocks the hours & minutes sliders.

Please advise how to solve this as blocking the sliders in the front end for the customer is fine, but in the back end that should not be the case as now I can’t save my products as it should be.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jurgen,

I assume that you are talking about the sale price schedule here: http://screencast.com/t/p27dvOgEAyKA

I have checked on our staging website and I have noticed that for the sale price schedule there are no hour and minute sliders. I have also checked by deactivating the Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce – Lite plugin. If the plugin is deactivated then also the hour and minute sliders is not there for the sale price schedule.

    Please let me know.

    Hi Moxa,

Thanks for your quick reply! Indeed you are right, all goes fine there. Sorry I was referring to the wrong field.

I also use “WooCommerce Simple Auctions” and they have an auction starting and ending time point (both day, hours & minutes). When your plugin is active, the timing sliders are not appearing. Is it possible that you block those slider in the free version?

    Best regards,
    Jurgen

    Hi Jurgen,

The time sliders are not added neither they are blocked from the lite version of our plugin.

Can you please check by deactivating our plugin, whether the time sliders work from the “WooCommerce Simple Auctions” or not?

If the time sliders still do not work, then I will suggest you to deactivate other plugins on your website and check for the conflicting plugin.

And if the time sliders work after deactivating our plugin, then we will need the “WooCommerce Simple Auctions” plugin to check the conflict with our plugin. Can you please email the plugin on moxa at tychesoftwares dot com?

    Let me know.

    Hi Moxa,

Yes the time sliders are working correctly when your plugin is deactivated. I will send the plugin in a few minutes to the mail address you mentioned.

    Thanks for the support!

    Best regards,

    Hi Moxa Jogani,

    Works like a charm 🙂
Can you make it an official version, so I can upgrade later on if there are new versions?

    Thanks again & best regards,
    Jurgen
