BA whatsapp and FB chat

    hello

    I have the new FB chat for now. I gonna test it this weekend. First I had a 3th party and connected to Business whatsapp on my site.

    What can I do to make this smooth?
    2 chat possibilities? or just 1?

    When I had the BA chat I let my employees run it with Whats app web. Now I have FB messenger I am the only one. How do you all do this?
