    how can i do true ?

    Your blog looks fine to me (I am using Firefox). What does your web browser default to for character encoding when reading your site?

    no , i am creating my template. not in web .. in my localhost

    i am using ie6 and my character code : iso 8859-9 .. but characters are showing like this : ¼Ã¼Ã¼ ÅŸÅŸÅŸÅŸ iii ıÄ

    what is the wrong ?

    Switch character encoding to utf-8 (unicode).

    ok , i switch all encode settings iso-8859-9 .. and ok. np.
