  • One of the worst support i ever had. They need a week for default message “we receive your note”. They have “30-Day No Hassle Refund Policy” but if you have any problem you’ll need two month to exchange 3 messages.

    I’m sorry to hear that, but I’m not aware of any tickets taking two months to solve. We answer most support tickets within 1-2 business days. Can you please tell me your ticket number so I can investigate?




    I worked with my colleagues on webshop and we used paid version of plugin. we had problem with currency from Balkan countries. ID of ticket is #9206. You even offered refundation but never did it and answered on ticket.

    I looked up your ticket, and I must say the information in your review is not correct. You opened the ticket on March 12 and received the first reply from us on March 13, the very next day. I see that several messages were exchanged in the days after that.

    I see that at the end you asked for a refund, however your request was made after the 30 days of our refund policy. We should have communicated this to you, but I see the ticket was closed instead.

    I have authorized an exception in this case and approved your refund, even though it was requested more than 30 days after your purchase. You should see a credit on your bank statement within 3-5 days.

    1. The first replay was a day after. Every other i have to wait for 4 or more days.
    2. I didnt ask for refund. I asked deadline for fixing the problem. You offered reffund to me if i want. Andrea from support send message “Our developers are still working on this – I don’t have an exact ETA just yet as they are still testing the fix. I do apologize for the delay. If you’d like a refund so you can find a different plugin that may be more suitable, let me know and I’ll be glad to process it for you.” Then i accepted and didnt got any message ever again.
    3. Ticket is not closed. Status of ticket is still IN PROGRESS. I can sent you print screen if you want.

    4. At the end of conversation i sent two messages without any answer. And it was at March 31 and April 6.
