• I don’t know why so many people gave this plug-in 5 stars. The plug-in is horrible. The customer service is awful. I asked for a refund within twenty minutes of buying this plug-in and was denied.

    First, in the free version, everything looks okay because they restrict basic features to the paid version. I uploaded a ton of (correct side up) pictures, and the plug-in rotated them all sideways! And then the ability to rotate pictures is restricted to the paid version. So I paid for it, assuming that something so simple like rotating pictures would work. NOPE.

    First of all, there’s only one button to rotate pics (as opposed to two arrows to rotate left/right.) So you have to push the button 3 times to rotate it to right side up again. Which would not be a big deal if it didn’t take 30 seconds for each rotation… if it even rotates at all. Some of the pictures just stick and don’t rotate at all. And if they do rotate (after spending minutes waiting for one picture to rotate,) when you save it… it doesn’t save. It says it’s saved, but going back in the album, the pictures are still sideways.

    I emailed customer service for help. They said it was probably my internet connection. I have high speed internet both at home and work, and I’ve tried using this plug-in at both places. It’s the plug-in, not the internet. They also said, it could be our hosting server. We own dedicated server space, so it’s not the server either. They asked for login credentials, which I provided, and they never looked at it. They asked to do a screen share which I was completely willing to do, but when they were available to screen share, it was midnight CST (USA.) I emailed them back explaining that it was the middle of the night, and asking them to use the login credentials to look at it, and I haven’t heard back. That was 3 days ago.

    I haven’t even looked at the rest of the plug-in, because I can’t get the pictures even rotated correctly. Don’t waste your money.
