Awful customer service and bad integration with square

Woocommerce for square doesn’t work at all. Woo support is aweful. One reply a day and they usually ask for something more. They call it a Happiness Engineer. I call it pure hell. I give them 24 hours and I’m uninstalling and moving onto another provider. This is insanely stupid horrible. Square integration tab wont show up and they cant seem to grasp that. I’m beginning to think all the 5 star reviews are fake.
