AWESOME! Unlike any other WP Review Plugin

I am very happy to have stumbled upon this gem. I am developing a website for a services business, and wanted what I thought was a simple function:

1. Allow customers to fill out a form to leave a review
2. Display approved reviews on the site

2 months ago I looked for a plugin that did this, and was disappointed at what I found: There were tons of “Review” plugins for WP, BUT ONLY 1 actually met both requirements above. All the other plugins are made for someone who wants to write their own reviews of products for example, a review site.

2 months ago that plugin was “WP Customer Reviews”. I downloaded and installed it, but was disappointed. It was basic, not responsive (did not work on mobile devices), and also seems to have been abandoned by the developer.

Today Star Review Manager has filled what I see to be a great need for a WordPress plugin that does those two simple things that I needed. Not only does Star Review Manager allow customers to leave a star rating review, it also allows for multiple review categories, such as Service, Quality, Value, etc.

Also, support for this plugin is very good. The developer speaks good English, and when I wrote him an email with a question, he responded 30minutes later.
