 * Are you reviewing the theme or just leaving a review because the “free premium
   offer” MyThemeShop setup instructed you to?
 * If you are taking advantage of that theme author’s “Premium” offer which includes
   instruction to leave a review, don’t you think that’s dishonest? Are you reviewing
   the theme or just attempting to get a commercial product the theme author’s offer?
 * That would not be a very honest review if it was just based on a commercial offer
   like that.

 * As in the last 24 hours there has been 70+ reviews and they all appear to be 
   based on the “premium” offer from MyThemeShop’s web page I was wondering if these
   reviews were legitimate or prompted by a coupon offer.

 * For getting coupon we do not need to write review as after installing theme it
   is in the theme options panel. Even without writing a review we can get the coupon

   also encourage people to NOT mix those reviews with offers like that.
