I had no issue with Presto player not working exactly as promised. However I have a special use case where I want custom posts based around Presto player video content appearing on a Post summary page. The problem I had that the post summary (quite rightly) did not load each video player into the post summary page – that would be very data heavy and slow loading – but instead was displaying an empty presto player placeholder. After a lot of back and forth the Presto team were able to guide me with a workaround code snippet that resolved the issue. I am very happy with the responsiveness of the support team – especially to help resolve an issue that wasn’t technically a fault or bug in their product to begin with.
