    Hi,

I just installed and setup Awesome Support (the free version) on my site. Looks good so far except one thing.

Support will only be accessible to logged in users on my site, so I’d rather do not use recaptcha for ticket submission. However, it seems that Awesome Support is doing invisible recaptcha by default and I can not find any option to turn it off? I see it is using recaptcha because the badge is showing up on submit ticket page. If I turn off “Load theme stylesheet” under Style tab in settings, the badge doesn’t show but the form looks ugly of course. I’ve checked page source after page load, the recaptcha js is loaded too. If I deactivate Awesome Support, the recaptcha js is not loaded and the badge disappears too.

I do have Google invisible recaptcha setup on my site for contact forms (with CF 7) and user logins (with UsersWP). Feels like Awesome Support is picking up my recaptcha settings (keys) from them.

According to documentation here , recaptcha is supposed to be a feature in the Power-Pack version, while I’m using the free version.

How can I disable this default recaptcha behavior? Thanks.

Never mind, further investigation shows this is caused by CF 7. Sorry.
