Smartypants not only makes his plugins easy to use and understand, their priced very fairly and the support you get is outstanding. I’m glad to see someone who understands what he is doing as much as he cares about the quality!

With that said, I have had no issues with any part of the plugin. The functionality is plug and play and easy to follow and customize to your specific needs, if you like tweaking.
