    Hi there,

I used to looove this plugin and used it for many projects. Now it interferes with the proper functioning of the back end. I think it may be a plugin conflict that makes the WP back end suuuper slow when I activate the plugin.

Is there any update coming soon?
I would be willing to help make this plugin even better. I am not a php programmer but I have good knowledge about CSS and interface design in general. I could also donate a bit more than I just did.

It would actually be great if this could just be a floating window instead of being integrated into the admin menu. When using this for bigger sites with a complex page structure, it get more and more tight in the admin menu and there is a lot o scrolling needed when the page tree shows up.
In my opinion a modal windows with something like your CMS Tree Page View would be most suitable AND I believe thousands of people would love this – even wanna pay for something like that.
There is – to my knowledge – nothing out there that works like this.

    Warm regards from Bali
    Sebastian

    Hi!

Glad to hear you like the plugin. However, as you have guessed, I am not actively developing the plugin.

However the source code is available over at GitHub:
    https://github.com/bonny/WordPress-Admin-Menu-Tree-Page-View

So if you want to you can modify the code and the css and so on and release a new plugin based on this plugin or you can send a pull request and I might integrate your changes in the plugin.

    Hi Pär,

thanks for your replay and the suggestion.

I am planning to have a closer look at this plugin
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/cms-tree-page-view/
and maybe just implement a link in the admin menu that opens a modal window which shows the trees. I think this will be easier to handle and can even accommodate more features because there will be more space in a modal window.

Thanks for your contribution with that Admin Tree Menu plugin. It was really great to use for some time. 🙂

    Warm regards,
    Sebastian

Haha… so funny, I just realized that it is you, who made the other plugin I just mentioned.

I hope to find time soon to make some suggestions on how to integrate this and connect it with a modal window that maybe opened from the admin bar. Would come super handy, I think!

@sebastians Would love to see you or someone take this forward! I use this plugin on every site I build, but unfortunately it’s beginning to cause conflicts.

Pär, thanks for all your excellent work on this over the years.
