• I love this plugin and use it for 7 of my clients for second year already. Today we upgraded to Business account. But support disappointed me. They ignored my messages twice and I was able to find them only thru facebook. And my problem was about upgrading to business. I will update my review only if I see their support getting better. I think for $200 a year I deserve better support.

    I’m sorry that our emails seem to not have reached you. Could they have been sent to your spam folder? I just checked in our ticket system and found two mails that were sent to the email address that you send us on Facebook. Please try to put our customer service address on your whitelist to make sure that we are allowed to send you mails: customer-service@blog2social.com
