    Purchased this plugin several months ago. Worked perfectly out of the box. A month into it, I had a small issue with the registration code. Nick, responded back promptly and the problem was resolved.

    Had another problem a day or so ago. Emailed Nick back, within an hour of my email, he responded back with a solution to my problem.

    Two support issues, two problems taken care of the first email to each problem.

    Support don’t get any better than this folks. If you’re looking for a live chat plugin for your WordPress website. Get this one.. I will never use another one as long as Nick is around to support it.
