Awesome plugin and customer support!

I have previously used both B2B for Woocommerce (from Woocommerce.com) and Woocommerce B2B (from Codecanyon), so going with B2BKing instead was somewhat of an educated decision for me.
I eventually have chosen B2BKing, because neither of the two plugins mentioned before covered all the funtionalities I needed for my hybrid B2C/B2B e-commerce.
It’s a choice I don’t regret so far and the #1 reason for me is probably because:The customer support for B2BKing is ACTUALLY helpful and responsive.
There is nothing more frustrating to me than taking your time to write a support ticket, describing the issue you have stumbled upon in detail, making a staging website for the support, adding screenshots or recording to it. And then receiving a robotic response from support that doesn’t bring anything to the conversation. I have bought and contacted the support from all three plugins I mentioned and the other two are a complete joke compared B2BKing support.
You can clearly tell who cares about customers in the long term and who doesn’t.
