    Great Plugin! Love it, but its a little weak on the social media marketing side (can’t easily get the links to Facebook, Pinterest, Google Plus etc) and the updates side (instead of simply updating it on wordpress you have to go and download the newest version, physically delete the old version and reupload the file, which is quite time consuming on multiple sites). For the photography display and e-commerce aspect this is the best plugin available without a doubt.

    Thank you, @southerncrosswebs! Your feedback is very much appreciated. I am going to take note of what you’ve shared here about the social media, and pass it along to my team. Your mention of updating the Pro plugin, if you had to delete and re-upload and install, that would have been because the license wasn’t installed correctly before. Normally you would be able to update through the dashboard like other plugins. 🙂 If you have had to manually update every time, please let us know. Create a support ticket through your member account and we’ll take a closer look at why that’s happening.

    I already did a ticket at the time. My initial subscription to Pro was with one account and then the business was restructured and someone manually transferred the subscription to a new account. For some reason, even though I have uploaded the files for the new account, it just wont update automatically.

    The advice that I was given at the time to fix this didnt work.

    Moving to a new account would generate a new license. If your old license is still on your web server, that would explain the trouble updating. If you delete the Pro plugin from your site and re-install the new .zip from your new member account, than that should correct the error in updating. We’d love to guide you through this. Would you mind creating a new support ticket through your member account? Please reference this review thread in your message. 🙂
