# I have to change my 5 stars to 1

 * The plugin never worked and after the helpdask folks tried to fix it, the plugin
   failures only got worse, 3 times they by logged into my website and made changes
   to the plugin but they never got it working. I had to change into another form
   plugin which is now working and they don’t even have a refund either.
    Edit: 
   And apparently you can’t even change the stars or delete your review, this plugin
   SUCKS!!
