    I had the same problem. Seems to be an issue with permalinks. If I leave mine at default, everything works fine.

    It never shouldn’t be. May be in this time you have installed any other plugins that used jQuery UI. It conflicts with any others jQuery library. Uninstall one by one and try to find for which plugin it causes this kind of problems. Hope everything is okay now.

    I’ve deactivated other plugins and even deleted and re-installed Awesome FAQ without success. Interestingly, my FAQ entries were still there after deleting and re-installing (I thought they would have been wiped out).

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,
    Even I am facing the same issue. I installed installed Wp-Awesome plugin last evening. I created the faqs and a faq page. The accordion windows were all fine. I did not install any other new plugin after after it. It was fine. But, today i see that accordion windows don’t appear anymore. The faq page looks normal blog posts.

    I am having the same issue. According was working one day, then all of a sudden it stopped. Have latest version of plugin, and I am not using any other plugins that use jQuery UI.

    Figured out the problem.

    1.) Go to your page named “FAQ”
    2.) Click edit next to Permalink
    3.) Change permalink from Permalink: http://yourwesbite.com/faq/
    to http://yourwesbite.com/faqs/

    For some reason, if your pages permalink is “faq”, it breaks the accordion and WordPress displays your FAQs as blog posts.

    Well, that fixed issue for desktop anyways. On mobile devices, accordion is still not working, and FAQs are displaying like blog posts 😛

    I was having the same issue and used mioswebdesigns fix. That took care of the problem for me, however, somehow my site now has 2 FAQ pages. The new one with permalink FAQS and the old one with FAQ. the onld one shows as a Blog Archive… Not sure why or how to get rid of it now. My FAQS page works fine and all links on my pages go to it, I just don’t like having a broken FAQ pages as live just in case someone types the actual URL and gets to it. Any idea how to remove this page? It doesn’t show up in my Pages panel in WordPress. Im still pretty new to all this so any help would be awesome.
