I installed the Blossom Chic theme and couldn’t understand why my pictures were grayed out on my homepage. I emailed contacted Blossom and they responded within minutes, extremely helpful and friendly! Apart from the theme support, I love all of blossom’s plugins and functuactity…best choice ever for my website!!!
