    Where would you like to add this to?
    I would think that a widget would be best.
    You could create the button and then place the aweber code in a text widget.

    Hi Christine,

    I’m trying to add it to the cta button, when this is pressed i want it to open a light box with the form inside. However I can’t seem to get the onclick to work.

    This is what I am following

    when I had the code

    <a href="#" onclick="awf_Form_.showForm(); return false;">

    to the call to action div on front-page.php like this

    <a href="<?php echo $responsive_options['cta_url']onclick="awf_Form_.showForm(); return false; ?>" class="blue button">

    it bombs out my whole site 🙁 – time for another whisky, why is this so difficult 🙁

    Have you made a child theme?
    If so I would just hard code that form in the front-page.php

    Have you tried posting on http://cyberchimps.com/forum/free/responsive/ (that’s the theme’s dedicated forum). I’m pretty sure that there are a couple of child themes available for Responsive that you might be able to use as a starting point for your changes.
