award code not working for subscriber

    Does this specific redemption code work for other users? Users with other roles?
    How did the user register their account? Is your site public, can I try this myself?

    It’s in French, i hope you won’t get lost 🙂 You only need email and login to register

    Yes it works with all roles but subscriber
