  • The free version works brilliantly. However the PRO version and Social Media extension has issues. The recaptcha feature, part of the Pro version, effectively blocked us out of our own site with a continual error message of “please check the recaptcha”.

If you are a geek and/or software developer, you can work with this plugin upgrade. Make sure you have full backups first. However if you are a art based designer, I would avoid the Pro version and social media upgrades. It requires an understanding of FTP and WordPress databases to resolve the issue manually.

    THE SOLUTION:
If you are having this problem, you have to use FTP to access the sites source code directly and delete all the loginpress plug-ins to gain access by allowing the default WordPress code to take over. This solves the problem. You will have to reinstall to prevent the error notification and to remove completely, edit the database, as there are left over tables that are not cleaned up.

The company is working on upgrading their online documentation and the support guy tries to resolves issues. Given a 3 star, since the free version worked well and as designed. The support staff tried to resolve it.
