How to get contact information then questions

First, highlight the quiz you would like this feature turned on for and click “Edit”. When you are in the Edit Quiz screen click on the “Options” tab. Scroll down and find the question that says “Would you like to ask for the contact information at the beginning or at the end of the quiz?” You will need to have this field set to “Beginning”.

Also, questions such as “Should we ask for user’s name?” after the one just mentioned will also have to be answered. They deal with the actual fields that will show up in the contact information.
