• I would like that the default “end-point” be not “download” anymore. Users might already have pages by this slug.

    @ciacob – that’s a fair point. Do you have any suggestions what we could turn our endpoint into?

    An alternative might be to first check and see if the ‘download’ slug doesn’t already exist (I’m talking about what we could do from our end).

    I believe you can go for a prefixed UUID style endpoint, such as “dm6545a6f5c”.

    Also, if checking for existing slugs is an option, you should do this if/when the user changes your default endpoint to something custom, i.e. if a collision is detected, put up a message to inform him.
