    megamenu is not working. I gave them a second chance because they updated the nonsense tutorial on Youtube. But still a disappointment

    Hello @vih25 ,

    It seems you have opened a support ticket at our suppport center for seeking help and our support team had replied you back with the solution. But you didn’t reply back since then. We are giving you the possible reason of the megamenu why it was not showing and the possible solution below –

    Maybe you have enabled megamenu from Apearence > Menu but didn’t use our ElementsKit’s Nav menu widget for your navigation menu in the header. Use the EKIT Nav menu widget (screenshot) for the navigation menu which is must. Otherwise the megamenu feature will not work.

    This is not our plugin issue at all. Following our documentation and video tutorial properly thousands of our users are using this feature already. But if you think that, the megamenu feature is not working properly after following the documentation then coopearate with our support team. We are always here to help you.
