You don’t. The point of MultiSite is to have the separate tables in one database.

    Thanks for quick reply.

My task is provide blog functionality to users, there are 4000-5000 users already exist in database. If I create separate site for each user, database tables will increase.

Should I use buddypress or any blog related plugin?
    Please suggest me feasible solution.

Let me put it this way: WordPress.com is running MultiSite.

You CAN run that off one Database. At 5000 users, with 5000 separate blogs, you may want to use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/shardb/ to split the database when it gets too large. But most people never need that.
