Avoid at all costs DELETED ERRORS

This software has bugs the developers are completely oblivious to. FluentCRM has cost our business loss of customers and email delivery due to serious flaws in the code.

Manual intervention had to remove DELETED email sequences, sequences that stalled and continued running in the background. Their support team advised duplicating the sequences deleting previous steps and continuing. We ended up with several duplications that resulted in spam complaints and customers vowing never to buy again!

the support is beyond a joke not a single acceptance of responsibility. we found the solution and dealt with it which involved changing status in MySQL tables, this is beyond the average person and the main reason for buying software was not to have to get into situations that invloved tech support at this level !!! The Software is NOT fit for purpose and should not be used until RIGOROUSLY TESTED and released to the business woocommerce community.

There are additional issues since this software was installed concerning deliverability as you have to use dedicated SMTP connections

You may as well carry out manual campaigns.
