  • nothing but problems with this – and even our developer can’t understand Yith’s support team, none of whom understand English properly it seems lots of problems with subscriptions being ‘on hold’ or ‘pending’ or simply cancelled outright

    save yourself the stress and trouble and don’t go anywhere near this plugin – you’ll only lose money and customers

    useless staff and no doubt that the five star reviews are written by Yith not by actual users

    we are sorry to read that you are facing issues with our plugin.
    Our support team members are doing their best to help you with this.
    Unfortunately, part of the issue depends on the fact that many orders have been created by means of third-party plugins that did not generate the transactions on the gateway and led to the cancellation of many subscriptions.
    For the other issues you have reported, our team is working on it and they will be able to provide you with a detailed answer as soon as possible.
