• DO NOT INSTALL

Unless you want to be bashing your head against a brick wall for 2 months straight. This is by far the worst experience I have had with wordpress plug-ins, albeit limited on this platform, but it has seriously made me question whether I want to move away from wordpress altogether.

We wanted to hide ONE page, just ONE page behind a paid membership wall. They talked a good game, they told us that this would be perfect for that, we installed and even paid for some premium features (money which they probably refuse to refund) , and 2 months laters I am still having a worthless website that takes me round and round in loops telling me I need to sign in for this restricted page.

The Support? HA, don’t make me laugh .

You submit a ticket, they come back to you 2 days laters with some token gestures and snippets copied off their own website which we have already gone through religiously, and when you immediately respond to their email you think “great, there’s someone here dealing with it now”. WRONG!!!!! you are now at the back of the queue and its another 2 days for response.

I’ve now tasked my developer to find an alternative paid member plug in so I can get this abomination off my site immediately, and honestly she’s kind of embarrassed that she recommended these to me in the first place.

In summary, don’t waste you time, don’t waste your breath, don’t waste your money. Just don’t!!!!!

    Hello @deejayvu,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your support ticket. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait when you’re trying to resolve an issue, and we truly appreciate your patience. We have replied to your open ticket this Tuesday (1st of April) with a potential solution to your issue.

I assure you that if our plugin does not function correctly on your site, we will provide a hassle-free refund. However, I’d love the opportunity to assist you further, as restricted pages should work seamlessly with our plugin. Let’s troubleshoot this together to find a solution!

The issue you are facing on your website is most likely a caching issue. I noticed that caching is enabled on your GoDaddy server. Could you please exclude the page you would like to restrict as well as all the pages that contain our plugins shortcodes from the cache on your GoDaddy server by following the steps provided on their documentation page here: https://www.godaddy.com/en-ph/help/cache-exceptions-41618?

After doing so, please check if the issue persists and make sure to perform a hard refresh of your page (CTRL + F5 for windows) to ensure the changes have been applied.

I hope you’ll allow me to continue assisting you with this. Please let us know how we can help move things forward.
