• We were looking to implement a upsell popup functionality for our client website. ShopEngine has this feature but unfortunately it conflicts with the current system.

    So we opened a ticket and even showed a recording what conflicts with their plugin.

    Here’s where this guys get shady, they deliberately reply once a week to make sure you get away with their 14-day money back guarantee.

    The support was not just unhelpful but unfriendly.

    I have been creating website for 6 years and this is the worse company I have ever asked support.

    If you are looking for any solutions coming from this company, AVOID AT ALL COST!

    In your case, after careful checking, we found that the issue also appears even when our plugin ShopEngine is inactive and the default Elementor product page is used. We shared videos explaining this and suggested contacting the respective plugin’s support for further assistance.

    However, you requested a refund after the refund period had already expired. Actually, we are just showing you our policies. Our conversation was going on. Despite that, you left a 1-star review without any further communication, which was quite unexpected for us.
