• Hi,
    I am experiencing an issue with the Imagify plugin when trying to generate AVIF and WebP images. The plugin correctly identifies the number of images, but when I start the conversion process, it either gets stuck or fails to generate the AVIF versions (sometimes also with WebP).

    Additionally, I noticed that there is no ticket support system for users. Instead, we are only able to send a message one-way on the Imagify website, and then receive an automatic reply or bot response via email, which doesn’t help resolve the issue.

    It would be very helpful if you could improve the AVIF/WebP generation process and also consider adding a proper ticket support system for better communication.

    Regarding the AVIF/WebP generation issue: the “Generate missing Next-Gen version” tool currently has a known display glitch. This means the counter might show incorrect numbers or appear stuck, even though the next-gen images are actually being generated properly in the background. Our developers are aware of this and we hope to improve the tool’s clarity soon. Apologies for that!

    As for support, I understand your frustration. The first reply is indeed automated to guide you faster, but once you reply to that message (or follow up on the same ticket), it is immediately routed to our dedicated support team who will assist you directly. You’re not stuck with only one-way communication — we’re here and happy to help until everything is resolved.
