 * Worth it, Good Solutions with Good Support. Better than 10 times in comparatively
   with WPML & Translatepress.
    Gtranslate is Easy to use and the Best Translation
   Plugin for WordPress. All good in this plugin accept speed issue. You can’t get
   good ranking for translated content due to slower speed of this plugin. Speed
   issue is a big problem with them.

 * Hi,
 * Could you provide more details about your website and the issues you were having,
   so I have a chance to comment about it?
 * As I understand from your comments you were having an issue and our support team
   was able to fix it, then you have updated something and the issue reappeared.
 * Thanks! 🙂

 * I really appreciate your efforts you are doing really hard to keep all things
   running in a smooth way, Thanks for that. But the thing is this as you also know
   we are using a WordPress platform and here we need to update plugins and themes
   from time to time to keep all things updated on the platform and to keep getting
   better results.
    And it’s required to do which in my knowledge. My Comment is
   not about the plugin isn’t working. I think I mentioned it’s working but for
   a short span of period. From time to time, it used to have issues sometimes the
   font is getting broken, sometimes icons, sometimes load issues or pic issues,
   or sometimes website Translation not getting the update translation, and so on
   other issues… So from this point of view and experience, I just expressed my
   views like this one is just good only for beginner’s websites or for very small
   websites if we think for other middle brands or medium-scale businesses I don’t
   think it will work for them will prefer to drop it. Because whenever used to
   get the issues it shows on a live website and there is no alternative to hide
   the issues accept disable option or plugin. so it gives a bad UX in the Translated
   version and it gives SEO damage too to the site owner. And if comes to the support
   team, first of all, they will never want to accept the problem is from their
   end we need to provide them complete details of evidence and make sure now they
   will not deny afterward will pass to the developer and have to wait for a maybe
   1 day, 2 day or 3 days don’t know. And the team just stop giving responses to
   your messages or just will say wait for that team will look. And the solution
   will come and will work for a few days or weeks or months. And the whole process
   will repeat. The issues Will start again. The main issue is: when we have a problem
   on the web don’t have anything to hide or control until it’s not getting fixed
   properly. People do hard to get a good ranking by working on SEO work or many
   things but this kind of often issues makes their all efforts vanished and it
   gives them a sour taste of this product. In the end, it’s only your efforts which
   keeps trying to make this plugin better, you are doing hard and as I said earlier
   I appreciate your efforts but the things which I explained also you can’t deny
   with this because this the experience. Thanks! Kind Regards!

 * Hi,
 * I recommend you to keep a staging/development website for updates, to not break
   things on your live website when you are doing updates. This will reduce the
   stress on you and also on our support team. After the updates you need to test
   your website and when everything is OK, you can push the changes to your live
   site.
 * Thanks! 🙂

 * Hello, I take your advice wisely Thank you.
    I really appreciate your and your
   team’s help. And as I understand now before if going to do any update on site
   it’s better to inform your team in advance or later to keep eye on issues. In
   the end, now there is only one small issue left only with your plugin about Time
   to the first byte I think it happened because all the translations used to get
   saved in your database, and sometimes it takes a time to get a load. if possible
   you may improve something about this in future updates then it will become a
   great product. I’ve changed my review about this plugin. I hope the load speed
   issue will get resolved soon. Thank you!

 * Hi,
 * We have done a major upgrade yesterday and the day before and now our service
   is much faster than before. You can make tests and share your feedback. You can
   compare the speed of your main website and the translated version. If you are
   concerned about speed, we recommend using our sub-domain URL structure, which
   is quicker than sub-directory URL structure, as it does not depend on your server
   internals.
 * If you have any issues, please contact our live chat: [https://gtranslate.io/#contact](https://gtranslate.io/#contact)
 * Thanks! 🙂
