 * Suppose someone replies how can i add or the person who replied add an avatar
   to the reply .
    I have installed Gravatar plugin installed put cant put avatars…
 * Or i might have gone wrong somewhere … can someone help me with the right plugin
   and suggest me the correct steps

 * The Gravatar plugin uses the Gravatar.com service. It goes and grabs the users
   avatar from gravatar.com and displays it on your site as their avatar. If they
   don’t use gravatar then it will show the default gravatar icon (I believe you
   can customize it to show a different default one).
 * So, Gravatar doesn’t let you set anybodies avatar. They will need to use the 
   service provided at gravatar.com.

 * Is there a way i can upload some avatar images in my server and people can select
   them when they reply to the post
