    I installed this plugin for a client and it was great…but then they called and said that all the times were grayed out. I couldn’t figure out what was happening since everything was updated. I deleted the bookings and then recreated the schedule, and it worked again…for a few weeks. Then they reached out again and said that it wasn’t working again. Times show up, but everything is gray. I’ve completed a full update and nothing seems to be working.

    Any clue on what I can do to make it just stay working? Thanks in advance!

    Without seeing the site, it sounds like it could be one of the following:

    1) There is just no availability scheduled for that day/time.
    2) You/your client is making use of one of the maximum reservation options, and the limit has been reached for the day/time you’re trying to book
    3) You/your client is making use of the settings that allow you to set the minimum/maximum time ahead of the date that you’re allowed to book, and the grayed out times fall outside of this minimum/maximum that you set.
    4) You/your client set up exceptions for the booking schedule.
