  • Although I was initially very impressed with Complianz, I swapped hosts, and contacting them, or getting my purchase transferred over has not happened yet. Mainly becuse their site comes up as unsecure AND I cannot get into my account. For a while now. And replies are slow.

    Hi @regionauts,

    Is it possible that you reviewed the wrong plugin? We did not receive any support requests from you by mail(I also checked our Spam folder) or the WP support forum. While we are not allowed to offer support for premium services here, there should be no need to have licenses ‘transferred’ with any of our free and premium products. Also on our site being insecure, we are very certain this has not been the case for as long as we exist (our developer is an SSL specialist 🙂 )

    Would you please check if it is really the Complianz plugin that is causing these issues, and that you really contacted us?

    As this is a premium matter, this cannot be discussed on this forum:

    We have sent an e-mail on Wed, Sep 25, 2:11 PM (Western European Time) with an explanation of how to transfer your license (with or without accessing your account). I have replied to that same e-mail today for further communication.

    @regionauts now I understand your comment. Did you receive Aert’s email? Possibly our previous email has ended up in your spam folder. If you still didn’t receive it, please let us know and we will try to reach in another way.

    As our website, complianz.io is, and always has been, fully secure, maybe you have visited a .com or similar domain, which is not our website?

    If you need any assistance, we respond to questions as soon as possible, but always within 12 hours (which may be the case if we’re sleeping when the ticket is submitted).

    If you haven’t received a response within that period, either our answer has ended up in your spam, or the email address submitted is not correct, preventing us from reaching you.

    Just received:

    There was a temporary problem delivering your message to (your e-mail address from the first support ticket) Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You’ll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

    This seems to be an email issue, not really an issue with Complianz.

    Most likely it was Google gentlemen. I use Chrome an, as you know, Google has been pushing https://. It isn’t only your site, and now your site is coming up as secure (I am on my tablet now, ready to take a screen shot if this occurs again- .I have done 86 reviews and I pride myself on being objective, and empathetic). I did receive Aert’t email. This type of response is encouraging. As developers, ya’ll obviously care. I cannot say for certain what caused what, and frankly, with the holidays, commission work, & dealing with the 7 day loss of website availability during migration, I am playing a lot if catch up.

    Now that we have deflected/mitigated any negative parts of the original review, I spent 3 hrs yesterday trying figure out where I am supposed to ownload the premium 4 release.

    As has been said, my account right? IF it is there, it isn’t obvious. My license key is available and the free plugin is as available, but not the premium. So, I cannot locate the premium download email sent almost a year ago, I am hesitant to uninstall and reinstall, because it seems I we would loose all if my settings. However, I have this big red box in my dashboard from Complianz, urging me to upgrade and follow the suggested steps. I do like the attention to detail ya’all seem to have, can we get this covered? Can we make it a bit more intuitive in herding us plebs in the right direction to get the premium,and does uninstall/reinstall reset all of the settings and the wizard must be run again?

    Ps, I may be a weird eccentric, but I DO appreciate a phone call if you need/-want a response and it has been days since i replied. I don’t ghost. Happy to provide good feedback and comms. If this goes well, I will write a new review after new years and a month of checking the new drop out. Thx.
