• Purchased the premium version of this on behalf of a client. You would expect it to work in it’s most basic format, or at least get some support to get it up and running in it’s most basic form. Forget it. You’re on your own, unless you pay them $50.00 for half an hour. The on line forum is a joke, does not even have the basic courtesy of an alert to tell you of a support reply (if you get one, that is) to your questions.
On-line help is an even bigger joke. Lots of tutorial videos missing (the empty spaces are there!), a lot of the stuff refers to older versions and has no relationship to new editions, many dead links. The “help” moderator even points a particular customer to a non existing page for a basic question on how to download stuff he paid for and didn’t get, which is a reoccuring problem by the looks of things. One I am currently trying to figure out because I have the same problem. The “help” page referred to does show a fancy video of a bunch of idiots playing war games, but nothing useful or even relevant to the topic on hand.

I can’t actually comment on the plugins because we haven’t got them functioning yet. But if the on-line “instructions” and initial support given are a measure of the quality of the company and it’s products, WALK AWAY!
