 * First of all, it’s a great plugin! But I’m having trouble getting the slide to
   show up from the beginning. It doesn’t appear until you’ve scrolled down on the
   page.

 * It appears that this issue is related to your theme. The theme does not appear
   to display any content until the user scrolls down.
    I would recommend checking
   your theme’s display settings, or contacting your theme’s support.
