Autoscrolling issue

Hi,
I am having an issue where a page containing Captivate automatically scrolls to the Captivate iframe once the page has loaded.
You can see it happening here in the archive menu:

https://www.permaculturereflections.com/a-brief-introduction-to-permaculture/I am thinking this is a js issue.
