• Hi!

I am using GR extension plugin and I have a problem with autoresponder. Messages are sent back to subsribers not immediately, but it depends on something – I don’t really now on what.
How to set this plugin to set autoresponder day cycle always is 0? Now in GR it looks like that subscribers have random day cycle like 2 or 3, so they receive autoresponder email in like 2 or 3 days, but it should be sent to them immediately after they send form.

    Beata

  • We are having the same issue, every autoresponder is set to Day 10.

We reached out to getResponse and they said it is controlled by whatever is using their API, in this case, your plugin…

Just to update this, there is a file called functions.php in the “lib” folder of the plugin, and if you go to line 295 there is a variable there you can set:

    “dayOfCycle”: “10”,

I set our copy to zero rather than 10 and saved it, and the autoresponder started working again.

    Modify at your own risk!

I make no guarantees, but it did fix the issue for us. And remember, if the plugin takes an update your modification is deleted.

    Best of luck…
